Full-Time Associate Dentist – Prestige Dental Centers & Palmer Park Dentistry (Colorado Springs, CO)

Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 annually, based on experience and production
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Friday
Location: Prestige Dental Centers and Palmer Park Dentistry (same building)

Prestige Dental Centers in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to split your time between two established and well-respected practices—Prestige Dental Centers and Palmer Park Dentistry—located in the same facility. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and be comfortable performing a wide range of general and cosmetic procedures. We offer a modern, technology-driven practice with a steady flow of patients and an experienced support team.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver general dentistry services, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, and more

• Conduct cosmetic procedures such as veneers and clear aligner therapy

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

• Stay current with industry advancements and integrate best practices into patient care

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Current Colorado dental license

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus

• Experience in cosmetic dentistry and clear aligners is an asset
